More than 180 mayors of 47 countries including China have signed on the Manifesto.

It will be settled in the Moscow Central Museum.
MACAO DAILY of 26/06/1999 Title: The Chinese Invigorating Dragon in 2000 Entrusted by the World Chinese League in the USA, the Chinese famous artist Yao Yuan, the 24th generation of the great national hero Wen Tian Xiang in Chinese history has finished on 25/06 the design drawing of the huge sculpture “Chinese Invigorating Dragon”. The sculpture will be settled in Beijing in Sep. to greet the coming of the new millennium (the year of dragon).

Invigorating Dragon” Recently two Chinese Invigorating Dragons created by the 24th generation of Wen Tian Xiang, Mr. Yao Yuan have been installed on each side of the television tower of CCTV in Beijing. Each dragon has 15 metres long and 9.9 metres high. They are made of high polymers and covered with golden leaves. The dragons have 56 dorsal fins which stand for the 56 nations in China.

Phoenix Satellite TV Station on 30/06 and by CCTV on 06/07. Mr. Yao Yuan,
the lyricist, composer and director of this concert is the 24th generation
of the great national hero Wen Tian Xiang in Chinese history.
PEOPLE DAILY (national newspaper) of 26/06 Title: A Symphonic Choral Concert will be On A symphonic choral concert titled “Ode to Chine” will be held at the China Theatre on 28/06. The symphonic orchestra and the chorus of the General Political Department of PLA will participate in the performance. The piece will be aired on Phoenix Satellite TV on June 30, the eve of the 1st anniversary of Hong Kong’s handover to the motherland and by CCTV on June 7th. Mr. Yao Yuan is the lyricist, composer and co-director of this performance.
BEIJING YOUTH DAILY (in Beijing) of 27/06/1997 Title: “Ode to the Great Wall” To celebrate the handover of Hong Kong to the motherland, Mr. Yao Yuan composed a Symphony “Ode to the Great Wall” and produced it as a television musical film on CCTV. Cheng Zhi, Yin Xiu Mei, 2 famous singers in China, the top-level troupes as the Symphonic Orchestra, the Chorus of the General Political Department of PLA participated in the performance.
